1. What services does Lembah Data Sdn Bhd provide?
Lembah Data Sdn Bhd is a professional training provider offering corporate training and consultancy programs in Document Control, Data and Records Management, Compliance and Professional/Soft Skills Development.
2. Who can attend your training programs?
Our training programs are open to individuals, corporate employees, and organizations from both the public and private sectors.
3. Are your training programs HRD Corp claimable?
Selected training programs are HRD Corp claimable, subject to eligibility and compliance with HRD Corp requirements.
Participants or sponsoring companies are responsible for ensuring accurate documentation submission.
4. How do I register for a training program?
You may register through our website by completing the online registration form and making payment via our approved payment methods.
5. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept:
- Credit / Debit Cards (Visa & Mastercard)
- Online Banking (FPX / DuitNow)
- International Credit Cards (for overseas participants)
6. Will I receive a receipt after payment?
Yes. A payment receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to you upon successful payment.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during registration.
7. Are training fees refundable?
All training fees are strictly non-refundable.
However, participants may request to reschedule to another training date within six (6) months), subject to availability and prior notice.
8. Can I transfer my seat to another participant?
Yes, seat replacement is allowed with prior written notification to the Company, subject to approval.
9. What happens if I am unable to attend the training?
No refund will be provided for non-attendance.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to availability.
10. What happens if the training is postponed or rescheduled by the Company?
Lembah Data Sdn Bhd reserves the right to postpone or reschedule training programs.
Participants will be notified in advance and offered an alternative training date.
11. Will I receive a certificate after the training?
Yes. Participants who attend the full training session will receive a Certificate of Attendance/Achievement, subject to completion requirements.
12. Are training materials provided?
Yes. Training materials will be provided during the session.
All materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
13. Do you offer in-house or customized training?
Yes. We provide in-house and customized training programs tailored to organizational needs.
