Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the registration, participation, and attendance of all training programs organized by Lembah Data Sdn Bhd (“the Company”).

By registering for any training program, participants and/or sponsoring organizations agree to be bound by these terms.

Registration & Participation
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its discretion. 

The Company also reserves the right to make reasonable changes to training schedules, trainers, venues, or delivery modes (physical or virtual) where necessary.

Payment Policy
All training fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the training with accepted payment methods include Online Banking and Debit/Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard).

All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or currency conversion fees shall be borne by the participant.

Privacy Policy
Personal data will not be sold, rented or disclosed to third parties except where required by Law or for legitimate training registration, administration, communication, certification, reporting and regulatory compliance purposes.

Intellectual Property
All training materials, including slides, manuals, recordings, and handouts are the intellectual property of Lembah Data Sdn Bhd.

Participants may not reproduce, record, distribute, or share any training materials without prior consent from the Company.

Disclaimer
All training content, materials, and information provided by Lembah Data Sdn Bhd are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

The training does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial or professional advice.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, the Company makes no warranties regarding the completeness or applicability of the content to specific situations.

Lembah Data Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, outcome or expense incurred during participation in the training, arising from the use or reliance on the training materials or information provided, except required by Law.

Lembah Data Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice.
